I'm Sai Darshan R, a digital chef, food photographer, and stylist based in the vibrant city of Bangalore, Karnataka. With over 4 years of hands-on experience in the industry, I've had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with renowned names such as Cafe Coffee Day, ITC Sun-fest Baked Creations, Krispy Kreme, Smoor, Mehta Jewellers, Pastel & Pops, GoDesi, Indian Sweet House, Asha Sweets, and many others.
Worked as Food stylist at Star Suvarna for Bombat Bhojana cooking TV show with Sihi Kahi Chandru (Kanada celebrity).
Completed 6 TV commercials (Nissin Noodles, Himalayan Hand Sanitizer, Nandus, Ravi Sambar & Chakki Atta & Maersk)

I hold a degree in Hotel Management with a focus on Bakery and Confectionery. During my studies, I served as the Media Head, directing photography and video projects for the university. I also designed magazines, including one celebrating 25 years of the BHM program.
